How fast will you reply?
Within one business day, and usually much sooner during Pakistan business hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00–19:00 PKT). Because a message reaches a founder directly rather than a shared support queue, there is no ticket backlog to wait behind. If it's urgent, message a founder on WhatsApp for the quickest response.
Can I visit a factory in person?
Yes. We can arrange an introduction and, where a manufacturer agrees, a visit to their premises in Sialkot — the factory audit is one of the five verification layers, so a verified manufacturer's site has already been documented on the record. Tell us the product and rough timing and we'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer.
Is contacting you free for buyers?
Completely. Browsing the directory, reading verification records, and reaching a founder or a manufacturer costs a buyer nothing — there is no lead fee and no paywall on contact. VeraSource's job is to connect verified manufacturers with international buyers, not to charge for the introduction.
