How long does verification take?
We aim to review the NTN check — the only gate to listing — within a few business days of upload. Deeper layers (export history, ISO, audit) each run on their own clock and never block your listing while in review.
What if I don’t have ISO certification?
You can still list and receive inquiries — ISO is a rank layer, not a requirement. Add the certificate whenever you obtain one and your trust level updates as soon as it verifies.
Who sees my documents?
Only our verification team. Documents are stored in private, encrypted storage and are never shown to buyers — buyers see the verified outcome (the badge and layer status), never the underlying paperwork.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. VeraSource is a directory, not a middleman — buyers contact you directly and you transact on your own terms. Listing is free at launch.
Can buyers contact me directly?
