Olsen-Hegar pattern needle holder with integrated suture-cutting scissors, 16.5 cm overall length, tungsten carbide inserts. The combined design lets the operator drive the needle and cut the suture without changing instruments, which speeds up closure and reduces instrument handling during a procedure. Serrated tungsten carbide jaws grip the needle securely and resist wear far better than plain stainless, and the ratchet lock holds the needle in position. Also listed as Olson-Hegar.
