Dental Center Tissue Punch — Five centre-pin tissue punches, Ø3.5 mm to Ø5.5 mm, colour-coded by diameter in a stainles

This is a flapless-surgery set used to remove a clean circular disc of soft tissue over a submerged implant or a planned osteotomy site. What distinguishes this pattern from a plain punch is the central guide pin projecting ahead of the cutting crown: it locates into the implant screw channel or the pilot drill mark and holds the punch on axis, so the tissue disc is cut concentric to the implant rather than drifting off-centre. The result is a soft-tissue collar that matches the emergence profile of the healing abutment, which reduces the need for suturing and shortens healing. Five cutting diameters cover the usual range of healing abutment and implant platform sizes, each seated on a colour-coded silicone stopper — white, green, orange, red and yellow — with the diameter laser-marked on the shaft of each punch and printed again on the tray plate below it. The set is held in an all stainless steel cassette with a hinged lid and latch, so the punches stay organised through the full sterilisation cycle.
