A five-piece osteotome set for the internal (crestal) approach to sinus floor elevation, supplied in a matching stainless steel sterilisation cassette. Each osteotome carries a concave working tip that cups the bone as it advances, compacting the osteotomy wall laterally and lifting the sinus membrane atraumatically rather than cutting it. The bayonet shank offsets the shaft from the handle axis so the working end reaches posterior maxillary sites without the handle fouling the opposing arch or the operator's line of sight. Laser depth markings at 7, 10, 13, 15, 18 and 20 mm let the clinician read penetration directly off the shank, and the knurled collar takes mallet contact while keeping the grip secure. The five diameters run in sequence from ø2.7 mm to ø5 mm so the site is expanded progressively to the planned implant diameter, with a colour-coded cap for quick identification on the tray.
