This is the extended configuration of the zygomatic system, built for graftless rehabilitation of the severely atrophic maxilla where implants are anchored in the zygomatic bone rather than the residual ridge. Compared with the standard kit it carries a noticeably larger drill inventory — the main field holds three banks of extra-long twist drills rather than one, giving a finer stepped sequence through the osteotomy and spare capacity across the working diameters. Every drill carries a laser-etched depth scale, and the tray edge repeats the graduation legend from 35 mm through 60 mm in 5 mm bands, so the surgeon can cross-reference penetration depth against the tray as the drill advances through a pathway that offers almost no tactile feedback. A separate graduated depth gauge sits on its own red mounts to the right, used to verify the prepared osteotomy length before the implant is carried to place. Above it, the upper section holds the motor-mount drivers in Ø1.25, Ø2.0 and Ø2.4 on yellow and red silicone seats, a hand driver, and the diamond burs used to mark and open the entry point on the lateral maxillary wall. A curved elevator or retractor runs across the middle of the tray. Everything is held in a full-size perforated stainless steel cassette with a lattice-cut hinged lid, engraved "ZYGOMATIC Surgical Kit Premium" on the tray face, with a blank plate on the lid for practice or distributor marking.
