This is the widest-range torque instrument in the Artifol line, covering the complete span from delicate prosthetic screws at the low end to implant insertion torque at 70 Ncm. Starting the scale at zero rather than 10 Ncm is the practical distinction: it allows very light seating values to be set accurately, which matters for temporary abutments, healing caps and the multi-unit components that are damaged by overtightening. The graduated adjustment sleeve is set to the required value before force is applied, and the mechanism releases at that point so the operator feels the limit rather than reading it mid-procedure. The contoured barrel through the centre of the body is the visible difference from the slim wrenches elsewhere in the range — it gives a fuller grip and more controlled leverage at the upper end of the scale, where a thin handle is hard to hold steady. The head is bidirectional, marked with a direction arrow and switchable between tightening and loosening, so the same instrument retrieves components as well as seats them. The body dismantles for cleaning and lubrication of the internal mechanism rather than sealing debris inside. It ships individually in a rigid presentation box with a clear window lid and fitted foam.
